Working for a fur free future

The fashion industry must evolve beyond killing animals for fur, should we ever see a total ethics fashion future which prioritises the wellbeing of all animals – humans and non-humans – as well as the planet.

Banning fur in Australia

Collective Fashion Justice is working to ban the sale of fur across Australia. Our work so far has seen positive progress in Melbourne, Victoria, where we have investigated mislabelled fur. Our work will soon expand to address Sydney and New South Wales.

Fur Free Europe

We are proud to be an official partner of Eurogroup for Animals’ movement to create a Fur Free Europe.

A European’s Citizens Initiative launched in May, and if we can reach 1 million signatures from Europeans within a year, we have a huge opportunity to ban both fur farming and fur sales across the continent.
